While we provide a selection of beautiful QR label designs right out of the box, we know that creativity often demands more. You shouldn't be limited to standard templates when labeling the things that matter most to you.

Why We Encourage External Design

When we designed Scan Note App, we considered creating an in-app label editor. However, we quickly realized that no matter how many templates or design tools we included, we could never match the variety and power of the graphic design tools you already know and love.


Instead of limiting you to our designs—which include Default, With logo, Plain, and Bookmark—we chose to integrate seamlessly with the world's leading graphic editors. This means you can use your Scan Note App QR code with virtually any tool:


Simple Steps for Advanced Customization







Integrating your unique QR code into your favorite design program is incredibly straightforward. Follow these steps to take your labels from functional to fabulous:


  1. Locate Your QR Code: Go to the QR codes section for your note.

  2. Access Options: Click the ellipses (...) in the top right corner of the screen for more options.

  3. Copy the Code: Click "Copy". This action places the QR code image directly onto your device's clipboard.







If You Have a Mac:

  • Simply open your favorite image editing app (like Canva, Preview, or Adobe) and Paste the image directly onto your canvas.

If You Don’t Have a Mac (or need to transfer across devices):

  • Go to the Mail app (or any messaging app) on your device.

  • Paste the QR code image into a new email draft.

  • Email this draft to yourself.

  • Open the email on your computer and Copy the QR code image from the email.

  • Now, you can jump into your favorite image editing app on your computer and Paste the QR code.

  1. Design Away! Once pasted, you can add any background graphics, text, icons, colors, or unique designs you want to make your label truly your own.
